Goldsmith Afanasy Vassiliewich Panov/ золотых дел мастер Афанасий Васильевич Панов/ between 1802-1820 made 338 crosses of 1st and 2nd class St.Vladimir order (in addition 213 old crosses were also repaired) and 10 097 crosses of 3rd and 4th classes. It total 10 435 crosses were manufactured.
