you will find typical japanese-made 3rd class order of Rising Sun.

But this time its something completely different.

No inscriptions on reverse of the leaf. Class of the badge indefinable.
Ribbon fixation is a typical French one.

In fact 2 out 3 japanese orders in this french table are french-made pieces.
Only Order of the Golden Kite is 100% japanese-made piece.
This is probably because foreigners coudn`t be awarded with this order.
