This is certainly not your typical Japanese-made order of Sacred Treasure.

Let's take a peek at the exhibition L’Epopée des uniformes militaires français that was conducted from September 27, 2016 to Novermber 27. 2016 in La Sucrière.

What we have here is a uniform that once belong to the Général de division Henri Aube (1865-1935) http://www.francegenweb.org/wiki/index.php?title=Henri_Aubé

His medal bar with familiar-looking French-made Sacred Treasure order.
