Fedor Fedorovich Kolchin /Федор Федорович Колчин; June 8, 1890 – June 17, 1919/. Lieutenant. From hereditary honorary citizens. Native of St. Petersburg. Graduated from 5 classes of the cadet corps. 7 classes of the private commercial school named after S.A. Kholmogorov in St. Petersburg and the Air Defense Aviation School (1911). After graduating from the Air Defense Aviation School, he flew a lot and confidently for sport and commercial purposes, was popular with the general public. Participated in the 1st Balkan War as a volunteer pilot. At the front as a volunteer from July 28, 1914 as a pilot of the 3rd field aviation detachment. For military distinctions, he was promoted to officer. In January 1917, he was appointed to the Headquarters Security Directorate. In July 1917, he was seconded to the Directorate of the Military Air Fleet. During the Civil War - staff captain, military pilot of the 2nd DSO. Died of typhus in Novocherkassk.​
