Interesting breast star made by Dmitry Osipov workshop sometime between 1882-1898. Pin marked with Arnd /Shop St. Petersburg - Магазинъ Арндъ C.Петербургъ. The name of the company comes from Arnd Johann Helwig, a goldsmith who came to St. Petersburg from Germany. Master Samuel Arndt (1812-1890) was active during 1860s-1880s. In 1905–1916 "Arnd" (orders trading house) was located in Nevsky prospect, 18–12; owner Karl Ivanovich Bok (until 1902 owner Dmitry Osipov) /.​
