Could GD /ГД/ be an independent contractor who worked for Feodor Rückert?
Both breasts stars (FR and GD) are found with leathercloth-covered cases with french legend "Ordre du Double Dragon II Classe 1 Grade".
The interior of these cases bears the stamp of Alexander Treiden workshop https://asiamedals.info/threads/ord...ssian-workshop-of-alexander-treiden-at.23566/
Looks like Treiden supplied others workshops with its cases.
