Talyzin Stepan Alexandrovich (Талызин Степан Александрович; 1825 - 1878) - real state councilor (1873), head of the Caucasian horse breeding district (1873). After graduating from the school of guards ensigns, in 1843 he joined the Life Guards Preobrazhensky Regiment. In 1858 he left military service. In 1866–1867 Honorary Magistrate of the Bronnitsky district, member of the Committee for the Prevention of the Development of Cholera in Moscow. One of the founders of the Moscow Society of Art Lovers, chaired by N.V. Isakov. In 1869 he was appointed an official for special assignments under the Viceroy in the Caucasus. On May 15, 1869, in addition to his position, he was appointed secretary of the Grand Duchess Olga Feodorovna.
