Manchurian Telegraph & Telephone Joint Stock Company. /満洲電信電話株式会社 or abbreviation 満洲電電/ was established on August 31, 1933, and was a national joint venture between Japan and Manchuria that ceased to exist in 1945. It exclusively operated the telecommunications business (including broadcasting) in Manchukuo and Kanto Province.

Manchurian Telegraph & Telephone Joint Stock Company President Hirose Jusuke /総裁 廣瀨壽助/.

Lieutenant General Hirose Jusuke /広瀬 寿助; June 10, 1875 - Unknown/ was born in Hiroshima prefecture. He graduated from the military academy in 1900 and was appointed as an army lieutenant. In 1929 he was promoted to army lieutenant general. Between 1900 and 1929 he graduated from the Army War College, served as a member of the General Staff, was attached to the Army Arsenal, then to the Army Infantry School, Commander of the 1st Infantry Brigade, Chief of the Third General Staff and Chief of the Army Transportation Department . In 1931 ( Showa 6), he became the 10th division commander and was dispatched to the Manchurian Incident. In 1934 he was transferred to the reserve. From 1937 he served as the president of Manchuria Telegraph and Telephone Corporation.​
