Very interesting photo of a Knight of the Sovereign Order of Knights and Hospitallers of St. John of Jerusalem in Rhodes and Malta /note that he is also wearing Maltese crosses on his cap and his sword/.

He is also wearing Serbian Order of St. Sava III on his neck, Knight's Cross of the Order of Franz Joseph and another Order of the Knights of Malta Cross of Donatus, 2nd Class. In the top row of decorations he has another Order of St. Sava 4th or 5th class, the Cross of Marian II class and Serbian Order of the Red Cross 1876 /1st type/. The bottom row of decorations begins again with the decoration of the Russian Red Cross badge for the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-1878 which was converted to be worn on a ribbon, followed by the Serbian War Cross of 1885-1886 (Serbo-Bulgarian War). In addition to these decorations, this unidentified gentleman has orders of the Vatican https://asiamedals.info/#orders-and-medals-of-the-holy-see-vatican.844, Turkish Order of the Medjidie and two Nishan-Iftikar orders from Mohamed es Sadok (1859-1882) era https://asiamedals.info/forums/tunisia.427/.
