First Golden Kites orders were manufactured by Japanese Mint only in 1932. Only 17 Kites were manufactured in 1932 /five kites of 3rd class, three kites of 4th class, four kites of 5th class, three kite of 6th class and two kites of 7th class). During 1933 Mint made 3 377 Kites /but no kites of 3rd and 4th class were manufactured). In 1934 Mint made 4459 Golden Kites /only eleven kites of 3rd class were manufactured/.
Between 1932 and 1937 only thirty eight 3rd class Kites were made.
This early variation of 3rd class Gold Kite order are much more rare than later variation that were manufactured by Mint during late 1930s/early 1940s.
Early vs. late Mint-made 3rd class Golden Kite orders. The main difference is the form of the kite.
