The exhibition was held from March 20, 1930 to May 31, 1930 in Ueno Park, Shinobazu Pond, Yokosuka. It was organized by Japan Industrial Association and the Mikasa Preservation Society. The exhibition halls included the Naval Pavilion, Aviation Pavilion, Radio Transportation Pavilion, Air Pavilion, Secret Air Pavilion, Secret Pavilion of the Sea, Domestic Imports Comparison Pavilion, and exhibitions from each prefecture. The Secret House of the Sky and the Secret House of the Sea were built in Shinobazu Pond, connected by a pier, and had a torpedo launching test site. In Yokosuka, the second venue, the battleship Mikasa and a memorial hall were opened. On the coast there was a navy hall and an industrial hall, as well as an aquarium and an interesting museum.
