On the occasion of the second anniversary of the German-Japanese-Italian Military Alliance, a reception was held in Berlin on December 11, 1943, at which the Imperial Japanese Ambassador to Berlin, His Excellency Oshima, the Italian Ambassador, His Excellency Anfuso, the President of the German-Italian Society and Head of the Presidential Council, State Minister Dr. Meissner, as well as the President of the German-Japanese Society, Admiral Foerster, gave their speeches.
