Very rare set issued from Imperial Cabinet /Cabinet of His Imperial Majesty was an institution that was in charge of the personal property of the Russian Imperial family and dealt with some other issues in 1704–1917/.
Between 1881 and 1917 nine diamond sets were awarded to Japanese subjects, eight sets to Persians subjects, five sets to Turkish subjects, two sets to Chinese subjects, one set to Bukhara subject, one set to Siamese subject and one set to Khiva subject.
Between 1896 and 1917 only one set was supplied to Cabinet by Dmitry Osipov workshop. Number of sets supplied by Dmitry Osipov workshop before 1896 is not known.
