Fu Shiyue /傅式說; 1891; June 19, 1947/ was a Chinese politician, chemist and educator. He also was a key figure in the Nanjing Nationalist Government (Wang Jingwei regime).
He joined Wang Jingwei 's Nanjing National Government in March 1940 and was appointed director of the Ministry of Railways and designated member of the Central Political Commission (he will serve four terms). In August 1940 he became the managing director and general secretary of the China-Japan Cultural Association. In December 1940 he served as a member of the National Economic Commission. In August 1940 he became a member of the Executive Yuan Political Affairs Committee and the Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Government and Director General of the Civil Affairs Department. After that, he served as a member of the Kiyosato Committee and a member of the New National Movement Promotion Committee.
On September 27, 1945 after Japan's defeat, Fu Shishi was arrested in Shanghai by the National Government of Chiang Kai-shek. On September 28, 1946 he was sentenced to death and on June 19th, 1947 he was executed in Shanghai. He is 57 years old.
