Reverse has eigth (!) marks.

Badge marked with

"1000 in rhombus" for purity of silver.
"Flag of japan" for purity inspection by official assay office.
"ア inside the square" - this mystery mark will be discussed below.
"銀 in circle" = Silver.
"Six-pointed star with symbol of Toyo Medal Works inside".

So who hides behind "ア inside the square" mark?

It took me years to solve this riddle.
Here comes the key.

Everything is the same.

Only label inside the case is different.
Instead of Toyo medal Works label we observe lable of Asahi Medal Works, Tokyo https://asiamedals.info/threads/badges-manufactured-by-asahi-medal-works-tokyo-asahi.21789

Now its obvious that ア stands for アサヒ- Asahi in アサヒ徽章製作所 - Asahi Medal Works.

Apparantly these two Tokyo workshops had some kind collaborative project or shared contract with Saiseikai concerning these Regular Member Badges.
