50th Anniversary of Zemstvo commemorative badges made by Ivan Mnekin workshop https://asiamedals.info/threads/50t...badges-made-by-ivan-mnekin-workshop-im.30735/
Ivan Nikolaevich Mnekin owned a silverware workshop in Moscow. Based on information collected by V.V. Skurlov the beginning of the workshop work can be traced back to 1886. At the beginning the enterprise was small: in 1896 when the workshop was located in Sokolniki (Ivanovskaya St., own house, Meshchanskaya part, 4th section) only six people worked here. Ivan Nikolaevich marked its products with the initials "ИМ/IM". Workshop was active until 1917.
