Note that inscription 大勝堂 銀座 - Taishodo, Ginza is made in black and not in silver. This is quite stable feature of the cases for not silver badges.

Low quality late war badge.
Paint instead of hot enamel and aluminium alloy instead of silver or heavy metal.
