Imperial Russian Officers and Officials with Siamese Awards

Dmitry Stepanovich Pleshko (Дмитрий Степанович Плешко; December 29, 1844-September 24, 1912), lieutenant general, graduated as a sergeant major from the Petrovsky Poltava Cadet Corps in 1864, then from the Pavlovsk Military School, from where he was discharged into the Kazan Regiment, with assignment to the Life Guards Finland Regiment. In 1890, he became a colonel and assistant to the director of the Winter Palace.​

Dmitry Stepanovich was born in the village of Korovchenko, Starodubsky district; from 1855 to 1864 he was educated in the Petrovsky Poltava Cadet Corps; in service from June 17, 1864 - at the 1st Military Pavlovsk School; January 8, 1865 - sword belt-cadet; December 12, 1865 - sergeant major; August 8, 1866 - second lieutenant of the 64th Infantry Grand Duke Mikhail Nikolaevich Regiment with secondment to the Life Guards Finland Regiment; October 21, 1867 - ensign of the Life Guards Finland Regiment; March 28, 1871 — Second Lieutenant; August 30, 1872 — Lieutenant; April 5, 1876 — Commander of the 3rd Rifle Company; after the destruction of the rifle companies, he commanded the 15th company; January 17, 1877 — Member of the Regimental Court; March 28, 1877 — Staff Captain; October 14, 1877, dismissed from the post of Member of the Regimental Court; August 30, 1878 — Captain; October 3, 1878 — Head of the Regimental Reinforced Infirmary; March 27, 1882 — acting head of the regiment’s economy; October 6, 1882 — approved; November 18, 1884 — lieutenant colonel with the appointment of assistant manager of the Main Palace Administration, while remaining on the regiment’s lists; April 5, 1887 — colonel; 1891 — acting head of the St. Petersburg Palace Administration; August 8, 1891 — acting head of the Peterhof Palace Administration; May 14, 1896 - Major General with confirmation in the position; August 11, 1904 - Lieutenant General; July 2, 1906 - dismissed from service. He participated in the campaigns of 1877-1878 as part of the Life Guards Finland Regiment and the Plevna detachment on October 12, 1877, near the village "Gorny Dubnyak" wounded by a rifle bullet in the thigh of the right leg.

Cavalier of foreign orders: French - Commander's Cross of the Legion of Honor; Prussian - Crown of the 2nd class with a star; Romanian - Crown of the Grand Cross; Greek - Savior 2nd class and 1st class /Grand Cross/ and Crown; Romanian - Order of the Romanian Crown Grand Cross; Bulgarian — St. Alexander 2nd class with a star; Serbian - Takov 3rd class with a star; Siamese - White Elephant 2nd class with a star and Crown 1st class; Persian — Lion and Sun 3rd class and 1st class.​
