Stamp has the same text as the badge and dated April 10, 1935.

 

Welcoming ceremony for Pu Yi was held in Kabuki-za/歌舞伎座 theater https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kabuki-za in Tokyo on April 10, 1935.
Badges were worn by all invited guests of the ceremony.

 

Let's take a look at postcards set /餘興演劇繪葉書/ that was issued to the invited guests together with the badge.
Dated by the same April 10, 1935.

Familiar stamp.
One could stamped his poscards with this special commemorative stamp while inside Kabuki-za.
Somebody ( as we saw earlier) decided to stamped with it even the lid of the badge case.

 

Probably this is how looks the "complete set" of accompanying items (poscards, program, script of the kabuki play).
