Fair was held at the Hiroshima Merchandise Exhibition Center (currently the Atomic Bomb Dome) for 15 days from April 1st to April 15th, 1921.

Exhibits were sent not Japan, Korea, Manchuria, China and Hawaii. 7 honorary awards, 25 honorary gold awards, 167 first class gold medals and 359 second class silver medals were issued.
