5th class cased order together with the photo of cavalier.

平田彦四郎造 - made by Hikoshirō Hirata.

Miniature rosette belong to the slightly later period. Same goes for the ribbon rosette.

 

Hirata-made 4th class Rising Sun order that was awarded to an unidentified Norwegian.

Note that original ribbon was lost and cavalier replaced it with the order of the Dannebrog ribbon.
