2nd class St.Аnna order of "early" iconography made by Albert Keibel without Gold Hallmark

Interesting specimen. At first glance, it looks just like an ordinary AK-made 2nd class cross https://asiamedals.info/threads/2nd...arly-iconography-made-by-albert-keibel.27432/. However, unlike a standard cross, this one lacks the gold hallmark.
