會計檢査院部長 - Director of the Board of Audit of Japan

濱弘一 - Hama Kōichi / He was born on May 15, 1848, as the second son of Hama Busuke, a samurai from the Gifu prefecture. After succeeding to the headship of the family, he served in Osaka as the chief superintendent of Daizo Province. Later he moved to Tokyo. He took up a position in the Research Institute, and progressed through the ranks to become the Board of Audit of Japan)
