The last mark was used between 1919 and 1921 by the 1st State Factory of Gold, Silver and Bronze Products /1-ая государственная фабрика золотых, серебряных и бронзовых изделий/.
Before 1919 it was known as famous Eduard /Эдуард/ workshop.

It seems that originally (at least in original design) it had something above "Korean". A crown.

Another example of badge. This time with intact crown.

Obviously this badge belong to an early time period (most likely 1908-1917). Silver screw stamped with mark Eduard /Эдуард/. Note that the enameled inscription was chipped away and four trigrams are missing (traces of one trigram are still visible).
