Tokyo workshop Tenshōdō /天賞堂/ is poorly readable (another medal from the same manufacturer with the same mark https://asiamedals.info/threads/1894-95-sino-japanese-war-commemorative-medal.26220/)

Medals of this design were manufactured by two Tokyo workshops: Gyokuhō and Tenshōdō.

Another salty example of this rare unofficial commemorative medal.

It once belong to the veteran of First Sino-Japanese and Russo-Japanese Wars who served as shichō yu sotsu /輜重輸卒/ - member of the army army transport support unit.
