Comparative iconography.

 

Two previous ИВ-made Saint Anna orders have a very peculiar "wave pattern" guilloché.

 

3rd class ИВ-made Saint Anna order cross with replaced obverse medallion and "straight" guilloché.

Marked with a maker's mark "ИВ/IV" and partly readable Moscow assay office gold hallmark [delta, a female head in a kokoshnik to the right, 56] from 1908+ time period. Ring also marked with a French import gold hallmark "coquille" (shell with alpha = Paris) for 585 gold that was introduced in 1994.

Almost certainly obverse medallion was taken from the 3rd class cross made by the Albert Keiel workshop https://asiamedals.info/threads/3rd...arly-iconography-made-by-albert-keibel.27598/. Note slightly deformed hold-down ring.
