Reverse has applied plaque in the form of a shield decorated with coats of arms and orders with an inscription in three lines: “Halley, 143 Galerie de Valois, Palais-Royal.” Pin and clasp marked with French silver hallmark from 1838 to 1919 for the city of Paris "boar's head to left".
Breast star was made sometime between 1855 and 1867.
