Central medallion is a product of thriving imagination. The arrows and olive branch make this double-headed eagle readily suitable for the US Great Seal.

 

Original case with Great Coat of Arms of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.

 

For some unknown reason master decided to endowed the State Emblem of the Russian Empire with the features of a Prussian black eagle.
