祝章は紅白、喪章は黒を以てし之を左胸に佩用する事に依り平服にて式服の代わりとなり失礼にはならぬことになります。
儀礼章をつけ、すべてを簡素にして手数と費用を省き戦時生活の改善を図りましょう


The celebration badge is red and white and the mourning badge is black.
Badges can be used as a substitute for ceremonial clothes by wearing them on the left chest of the civil dress.
Wear a ceremonial emblem and simplify everything. Let's save time and money and try to improve wartime life.

Purpose of wearing the national medal.

1. We would like to further strengthen the beauty of our country by emphasizing the ceremonies. Our long-cherished desire is to spread the use of ceremonial badges.

2. There are two types of ceremonial badge: celebration badge and mourning badge.


3. When to use the badges: red and white for celebrations, and black for funerals. Badge should be worn on the left side of the chest. Goal is to simplify the clothes.

一、儀禮ヲ重シトル吾國ノ美風ヲ一 層強化スル/趣旨ニョリ國民儀禮 章ヲ制定、平常服ニ之ヲ佩用普及計リタキ念願デ御座イマス

二、種類 儀禮章ヲ祝章ト喪章トノ二種類トス

三、使用場合 章(紅白)、祝賀ノ場合、喪章(黒)葬儀場合何し左胸ニ佩用ス四、服装ヲ簡易化スル爲ニ之ヲ佩用スルノヲ目的トシマス
