Manchukuo Red Cross Society Merit Orders with Restored Central Medallions

Due to the constructional features central medallions of the Manchukuo Red Cross Society orders quite often got lost.

 

Attempt to restore central medallion of the previous order.

 

"Waffle approach", so to speak.

 

In this case "restoration team" doesn't have a clue how original medallion should look like.
