Albert Alexander Vinzenz Freiherr von Margutti (November 28, 1869 in Fiume ; January 3, 1940 in Vienna ) was a general in the Imperial Austro-Hungarian Army and a writer.

Very rare group of three documents of the Rising Sun issued to a foreigner.

3rd class Rising Sun order awarded to him on October 30, 1912.
It was Rising Sun order No. 4479 awarded to a foreigner.
Document hand-signed by Emperor Taisho.
