Отмена ордена Двойного Дракона.
В знак учреждения республики, министерством иностранных дел установлены ордена Тучного Колоса и Пёстрого Тигра, выдаваемые за особые заслуги. Вместе с тем, орден Цинской династии Двойного Дракона больше не должен быть носимым. Так было отвечено иностранным посланникам, на их запрос в министерство по этому поводу, а также по телеграфу сообщено всем китайским посланникам за границей. Китайские же чиновники, за исключением лиц, находящихся в особых отношениях к китайскому императору, также не должны носить цинскаго ордена. Об этом сообщено во все учреждения как в Пекине, так и в провинции (Бэй-цзин жи-бао, 22, XI, 13).

Cancellation of the Order of the Double Dragon.
As a sign of the establishment of the republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs established the orders of the Fat Spike and the Spotted Tiger, issued for special merits. However, the Order of the Qing Dynasty of the Double Dragon should no longer be worn. This was the answer given to the foreign envoys, to their request to the ministry on this matter, and also to all Chinese envoys abroad by telegraph. Chinese officials, with the exception of those who have special relations with the Chinese emperor, also should not wear the Qing order. This was reported to all institutions both in Peking and in the provinces (Bei-ching zhi-bao, 22, xi, 13).
