拱衛軍特等賞功章 - Guards Army Special Merit Award Medal

In the autumn of 1911, the Qing government established a new army to guard the capital. He was first stationed in Henan and then transferred to Beijing. After the Revolution of 1911, it was affiliated to the Beiyang warlord Yuan Shikai and expanded. In the autumn of 1916, it was reorganized into the 13th Division by Duan Qirui.​
