この記念章は國策で鋼の使用禁止のためアミニュームで作りました將來今事變を偲ぶによい記念さなろものですから大切に御保存下さい。- This commemorative medal was made out of aluminum due to the national policy that prohibits the use of steel. Please keep it in a safe place as it will serve as a good memento for remembering in the future the events that took place.
