We're already familiar with the double ナ marking https://asiamedals.info/threads/3rd...-with-one-and-two-marks-na.14866/#post-239855 but this time the second mark is kanji 並.
Note a typical for the orders from the first quarter of the XX century orange/pink color mix of the ribbon, rosette and lapel button rosette.
