Awarded on August 24, 1921 to Alexandre Bouchet (February 5, 1876 - May 11, 1958) pioneer of military aviation, veteran of the First World War, commander of the 21st aviation regiment of Essey-les-Nancy.
Rising Sun order No. 6 048 awarded to a foreigner.

Squadron leader Bouchet (far left) poses in the company of foreign trainees in 1921 in front of the headquarters of the 21st aviation regiment in Essey-les-Nancy. Among these are two officers from the Japanese delegation. Following this training which he was awarded 4th class Order of the Rising Sun.​

 

4th class Striped Tiger order that was awarded to Colonel Alexandre Bouchet in 1926 by the Government of Chinese Republic.
