Interesting (by iconography of obverse medallion) unmarked 3rd class cross. Looks like grids were incorrectly resoldered. Ring also could be restored.

3rd class Saint Anna order with a bow /since 1828 a bow was attached to the ribbon of the 3rd class St.Anna orders that were issued for military merit to distinguish it from orders awarded for civil merit/ made by Immanuel Pannasch awarded in 1829 to Lieutenant Malezewski of the 4th Line Infantry Regiment for "good service during the current campaign against the Turks".

Original reverse medallion is lost and replaced with medallion taken from Albert Keibel cross made in 1890s/1900s. Red enamel was partly restored.
