Interestingly Plas Newydd House has another full-size cross of St.George order in its collection that also (alledgedly) belong to the Marquess.
This one has dimensions of 3rd/4th class cross (height 46 mm; width 41 mm). Made in gold. Typical russian-made cross that was officially issued during Napoleonic Wars.

Obviously his russian-made (Kapitul) 2nd class cross had much larger usual size.
