Jean Vidalon (November 14, 1869 - December 27, 1959) graduated from the Military Academy in Saint-Cyr in 1890 and was appointed a lieutenant in the marines. Commander of the 63rd Infantry Division, 37th Infantry Division, 11th Infantry Division and the 13th Army Corps. Commander of the French troops in Morocco. He commanded the 63rd Infantry Division which was transformed into the 1st Polish Rifle Division.
