2nd class set (together with Grand [Blue] Cordon of the Order of Brilliant Jade /大綬采玉勳章/ No.121) that was awarded to Georges Padoux (1867-1961), a French diplomat and Plenipotentiary Minister to Siam (1905-1913) and China (1913-1931).

Note different variation of the case.
