Hsinking Monument/Pagoda to the Loyal Dead /新京忠灵塔/ was a memorial tower built by Japan and Manchukuo to commemorate the "spirits of loyal martyrs who died for their country" since the Manchurian Incident (September 18th Incident).

It was originally located at 801 Bei'an Road, Hsinking /Xinjing/ the capital of Manchukuo. Monument construction began in May 1934, following the winning design of architect Yukino Motoyoshi, and was completed in November of the same year. Atop a stone base sits a single-eaved lower chamber, above which rises the double-eaved, four-cornered, spire-roofed main body. The tower, 38.6 meters tall, is inscribed with the inscription "Chungrei Pagoda" in yin script and clad in marble. Facing southeast (Japan), the lower chamber resembles a temple, with a three-hole semicircular archway at the front and symbolic semicircular archways on each of the other three sides, housing the ashes of the deceased and Japanese swords representing the god of war. In front of the tower is a plaza covering over 30,000 square meters.

After the fall of Manchukuo in 1945, it was damaged by the artillery shell and eventually demolished in 1952. When the courtyard was renovated in 2000, the remains of the tower base were completely removed.
