神武 - Shinbu /"military might" or, in the narrow sense, "sublime martial moral power"/

During a fierce battle against local forces led by Nagasunehiko, Emperor Jimmu was struggling. A divine golden kite appeared and landed on the tip of his bow or staff. The kite emitted such a blinding, brilliant golden light that the enemy was dazzled, mentally distressed, and confounded, allowing Jimmu's forces to win the battle.
