Some enterprising man decided to create "full set" by using this badge.
This is the very same cross but with different mark on the loop.
Looks like enterprising man decided to polish off "L.L" and stamped the loop with a new fake year mark "1835" ("full set" was sold as "officially issued by Kapitul' and cross as "made by Pannasch" see https://asiamedals.info/threads/ord...d-made-by-immanuel-pannasch-ip-workshop.25811).
Then breast star was added in order to complete "full set".
