Order of the Double Dragon awarded in 1895 to William Cartwright, Commissioner of Jianghan Customs

William Cartwright entered the Chinese Customs Service in 1863 and was appointed Commissioner of Taxation Department of Jianghan Customs on March 28, 1882. On the 11th Day of the 5th Month in the 20th Year of the Guangxu period (May 11, 1895) he was awarded with Double Dragon order.
