這回本會第八條ニ照ラ會員撥及徽章 御送附候處徽章佩用ノ八本年勅令第百 拾八號ヲ以テ禁止セラレ仍ラ目下其向協議次第候間何し趺定候佩 不相成樣致度此段殊御注意ヲ要シ置候
